Horror crash

Yesterday, I was shocked to see the newspaper. A very bad tragedy happened at Simpang Ampat, Melaka.

An express bus which carried about 32 passengers has caught in an accident. 14 of them died on the spot, meanwhile some of the remaining are majorly injured. The accident involved two buses, two cars and a van. It is believed that the accident happened because of the express bus which was speeding before it lost control, banged the divider and crashed other vehicles on the opposite lane.

The police who was incharge of the accident said that they had not found the main cause of the accident yet. They are not sure whether its the driver's fault, or the vehicles fault or even the road factors. But as far as they investigated, they found out that the driver ,R.Ramachandra, 52, joined the bus company on January 2007 and had no discipline problem since the first day he joined.
The owners of the bus, Kuala Lumpur Melaka Express Sdn Bhd, offered RM1,000 each to families of the deceased and RM500 to the injured passengers.

Is a life of a person costs only that much?
With that money given to the family of the deceased, would the deceased be alive again?
Would that RM1,000 throw away all the sorrow and tears of the family that had lost their loved ones?

THINK.
Why is everyone being so careless? Some would think that fate can't be changed. But to be true, if only we could use our brain to think further. All this incidents wouldn't happen.
