There are six steps to make sardine rolls. The first step is preparing the ingredients to make sardine rolls. The ingredients are onions, lime, chilies, salt, sardine, butter and eggs. Make sure that the ingredients have been prepared before making sardine rolls.
Secondly, you must slice the onions using a knife. Then, chop the chilies into several small parts. After chopping the chilies, you must mash the sardines using a spoon or anything else that are suitable to be used. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
The third step in making sardine rolls is mixing well all the ingredients in a bowl. You also can squeeze some lime juice to make the sardine rolls more tasty and delicious to be eaten. Besides that, to make it tastier, you can also add a pinch of salt in the mixed ingredients.
Then you can spread some butter on the slices of bread. After spreading the butter, you should spread the sardine on one half of the bread. The sardine and butter will make your sardine rolls more delicious.
The forth step is rolling up the bread. Before that, make sure that you have beaten the eggs and mix them well in a bowl. Then you can seal the rolled up the bread with the beaten eggs.
The last step in making the sardine rolls is frying them in hot oil. Before frying, make sure that the oil is hot. Then, fry them in a wok until the colour of the sardine rolls turn to golden brown. After that, drain the oil from the sardine rolls. The sardine rolls are ready to be served. You can eat your home-made sardine rolls for breakfast or tea time and also teach your friends how to make sardine rolls.

BECOMING A DOCTOR
The medical profession is probably the most prestigious and honorable profession in the world. After all, as a doctor, you’re improving people’s lives in a very real and direct way, day after day. As a doctor, you’ll be well paid, well respected, and have a skill set that can never be easily replaced.
So, what does it take to become a doctor? As you probably already know, becoming a doctor is a very long, lengthy process. In the following article, we’ll look at why you might want to become a doctor, why you might not, and how you can go about accomplishing your goal.
So, do you think you want to become a doctor? It is critical that you have the proper motivation, because if you’re just in it for the money, the level of hard work and stress you have to go through will make your life very unhappy. However, if you love the thought of being able to help people in the most fundamental way possible, becoming a doctor may be the perfect career choice for you. As a doctor, you have the power to heal people, and even safe their lives. Before going into medicine, you should have some idea of your scientific skills. Becoming a doctor and becoming a scientist are very different things, but you need to have a good solid academic base, and be fairly comfortable with the sciences, with an obvious emphasis on the life sciences. If you’re excited to learn about the human body and how it works, then you might have what it takes to become a doctor.

Keep Our Toilets Clean and Good Hygiene Habits
I am sure that many of you have found our toilets to be in a terrible condition. People who have used them have not bothered to flush the toilets. However, if we all practice good habits, we can slowly change this situation. So, remember to flush the toilet after using it. Always check that the toilet is left in a clean condition for the next person to use it. Be considerate.
Do not throw rubbish on the floor or into the toilet bowls. Use the bins that are provided in the toilets. Keep the sinks in the toilet clean. Do not let food or other things clog the sink. Remember to practice good habits when you are using the toilet. We use our hands to eat and touch food. Sometime, we rub out eyes. So, make sure you wash your hands with soap after you use the toilet. Otherwise, bacteria will remain on your hands. This is how diseases can be spread. Do not spit on the floor of the toilet. You should use the sinks provided.
When you are using the toilet, do not stand on the bowl or seat. These bowls may break under your weight and the sharp edges may cut you. You will also dirty the toilet seats.
What I said are very basic rules you should practice when you use the toilet. As responsible citizens, we should maintain a clean image of our country. Visitors to our country will be impressed.

Why do we need Examination?
Examinations are important for several reasons. Firstly, they are a mean of testing what we have learnt. We learn many things in school. In most schools, there are about 45 to 50 students in a class. Sometimes, only the more active students will ask questions. The more timid ones will not dare raise their hands. Tests and examinations are a good way of finding out if all the students have understood what has been taught to them and measure their progress.
Next, examinations also instil a sense of competition among students. In a world which is advancing very quickly, it is necessary to learn fast and be competitive. Otherwise, we may be left behind.
When we apply for jobs, we are often required to produce certificates of our achievements. Being active in co-curricular activities alone is not enough. We have to prove that we are qualified academically as well. Good result in examinations will help us get better jobs and more benefits.
Examinations are important because they help us achieve our goals. If we want to become professionals, such as doctors or engineers, we need to study hard and pass examinations. There must be proof that we understand what we have learnt

Start Your Day Right
Do you know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Yet, most of you do not bother to eat a good breakfast.
There are two important reasons why breakfast is the most important meal. First it replaces food reserves that have been used up during the night. I’m sure many of you think that your body does not use up any energy while you are sleeping. That’s not true. Do you know that there are many organs in your body like the heart and lungs that do not stop working even though you are sleeping? Sugar stored in the liver is transformed into glucose in the night. During this time, your body gets energy from the glucose. Thus, in the morning, your energy reserves are lower and need to be replaced.
Second, breakfast provides you energy to work during the morning. This will prevent you from feeling weak by mid-morning. This feeling of weakness is due to the low amount of glucose in the blood. When your glucose level is low, you will feel tired and will not be able to concentrate on your lessons.
Professor Grande Covian, a well-known nutritionist said, “Going without breakfast is a bad habit. By mid-morning, those who have not taken their breakfast are less efficient and are not able to concentrate well. This may explain why they obtain low grades in their studies. They are more tired, accident-prone and irritable than those who have eaten breakfast. So, it is very important that you have a well-balanced breakfast. It provides you the energy and nutrients to make you healthier and keep you alert for the day ahead.
Some of you may argue, “What if I have no appetite when I get up?”. Well, this could happen if you have a late or a large supper. I suggest that you cut down on your supper or eat it earlier and you will discover that you will wake up with an appetite. Take breakfast before you came to school. You’ll be surprised how much better you can perform at school. Thank you.

STRESS
Well, today I’m here to share some of my experiences in helping students to handle stress. Hmm… I understand that students nowadays are loaded with dozens and tons of works. And I won’t be surprised if some of the students are encountering serious problems – committing suicide, running away from homes… These are common in our recent society. Why do these problems occur? One important reason is that the students don’t know how to handle stress. The first thing that you can try out is to have your time table beautifully managed. What I mean is…. Oh for God’s sake, don’t put only what you have to do in your time table! Put in some recreational activities! You can also have someone that you trust to listen to your problems. One thing that students nowadays like to do is….they like… they like no one to talk to….and this is not because they don’t have friends but they like to keep everything within themselves. And believe me you’re going to explode one day. The next thing that you can try out is… go and travel. You can always have some short distance trip to go on. Ask some of your friends who are also interested, just go somewhere to picnic, have some fun! Or, if you’re the type of shy girl and shy boy, you can keep a diary or journal. Just pour out everything that you feel good or bad through writing. Some of my clients will burn or tear off after they have written everything in a piece of paper. And this makes them feel better. Well, you can try out that too. One of my neighbours’ son has got an idea in dealing with stress too. Whenever he’s in stress, he’ll sing out loud. But I’m not sure whether this is a good idea as he actually disturbs the neighbourhood. So what I can suggest is… just go to a quiet place where no one is there and sing out or shout out loudly. This may not only help you but it will not disturb others also. Ok, what I’ve just said are some of the suggestions in handling students’ stress. It depends on individuals. Some works, some does not. Anyway, if you still feel stressed up after you’ve tried each and every method, my advice is go to see a counselor. He or she will help you in better ways. Thank you and wish you have a healthy lifestyle!
THE HOME IS A DANGEROUS PLACE
An increasing number of accidents in the home involving babies and young children have been reported in the press. The home is supposed to be a safe place for young children but statistics have shown that this is not so. As prevention is better than cure, parents have a duty to take measures to prevent accidents from happening in the home.
Children At Play
A playpen is very useful as it keeps a child safe. As the child grows older, he or she needs a bigger area to move about. Therefore, it would be advisable to have a play room for him. Simple toys and playthings are the best for young children; they are less easily broken and are available in more varieties. Painted, brittle plastic toys and sharp objects, or things that break easily or can be pulled to bits are dangerous. So are small items such as the eyes of a teddy bear and bits and pieces of toys which can be swallowed. These are things that should be avoided.
Children In The House
The kitchen is a dangerous place for young children. A small gate should be built to bar the child from getting into the kitchen. Kettles, bottles, sharp knives and plates should be placed out of reach of the child. Overhanging table cloths are a danger to an inquisitive child who may pull it down. Plastic bags should not be available to a child who may use it to cover his or her head. Loose carpets over staircases and unstable chairs also pose dangers to a child. A knitting needle by itself may not be dangerous but it may be fatal when used by a child to poke into an electric socket.
Children In The Garden
The garden is a place where young children may roam about and explore nature but it can also be a dangerous place if care is not taken to keep gardening tools out of their reach. While playing in the garden, it is best for young children to be under supervision. The gate should be locked so that children cannot wander out of the house and onto the road. Care should be taken when driving in and out of the driveway especially with young children around.
Accidents can and do happen, but it is up to parents to make sure that the home is a place where children can grow up safely.

Visitors can also enjoy the natural scenery of green hills, tropical beaches and crystal clear water. The island is only forty-minute ride from Lumut on the mainland.
Pulau Langkawi is another island that one should visit. It is located off the state of Kedah. Getting to the island is easy too because there are direct flights to the island. Visitors to the island can purchase a wide range of Malaysian handicrafts such as delicate hand-drawn batik and intricately carved silverware. All these are found in a magnificent complex known as the Craft Cultural Complex.
Genting Highlands, located in Pahang, is about 50 minutes from Kuala Lumpur. Both foreigners and locals enjoy visits to this highland resort. Many hotels have been established there to house visitors who wish to stay the night. Indoor and outdoor theme parks with the latest exciting rides are a treat for both children and adults. Cultural shows as well as concerts by famous artistes are also held in the hotels.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Talking about family and friends, all of us in this world need our own close friends and especially family members. Without them we would really feel left out. Even thou there are times where we feel like wanting to leave all of them and getting some air to breath and come to a conclusion when things go really bad. But this is where your friends come I the picture, we will never be able to tall some things out to family members but when it comes to friend we can really open up and share our feelings. At the same time not all of yours friend will always be there for you some may even back-stab you and we may end up down the drain, that when we will appreciate our family, that when we really want to see and talk to our parents and share all our feelings out just to fell better
HAPPINESS :)
Life is full of sorrow and happiness, when there is a blend of these two things that what makes out life interesting! But its sad to see how people like us encounter this sadness and happiness.
Happiness can be seen I many ways, for an example a small boy can feel as high as the clouds as soon as his parent but him an ice cream. A couple would feel delighted to hold their first born and tear which drops can explain it all, It joy! The most important part of happiness lies in our own family we should always learn on how to appreciate our family members, this is where a person can find actually happiness. No matter how rich we can be, we will not be able to buy happiness. Happiness is where a person can always smile and be their self without worrying about anything

agree or disagree
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Parents are the
best teachers.
Parents are the best teachers because of the amount of influence they
have over us, the amount of time we spend with them, and the morals
they teach us. I agree with parents are the best teachers.
In general, children must learn many things such as the way to treat
people, to be polite and be respect, living skill, table manners,
basic positive ideas toward things, what should be done or others
should not be done, or others else that children do necessarily have
in daily life. Also in terms of parents’ religion, their belief, and
also political status as well, anything that related to personal life
are connected with parents.

problem of youths
Life for many youths of this new day and age involves a painful tug-of-war consisting of mixed messages, unanswerable questions, of emotions and incompatible demands from parents, teachers, friends and oneself. For youths, this period of life involves exiting the sheltered period of teen hood and reliance on others, and attaining adulthood and independence. This period in life is concomitant with many problems, as youths struggle to find answers to life, and fit themselves into the community and society. There are a lot of problems faced by youths that we can clearly see nowadays.
For starters there is the issue of drugs that are becoming more and more readily available to young people. Children are getting involved in drugs as young as elementary school. There are also the "cool" older siblings that find it amusing to watch their younger siblings get high, then there are the kids at school that other children want so badly to fit in with that they will do almost anything. Let's not forget the irresponsible parents doing drugs in front of their children pretending that it's no big deal.
Another problem that is plaguing our young people today is that of bullying. It can come in many forms such as in person, through phone or even in internet but every one of them can have harmful effects. In recent years, many young people have even committed suicide after being bullied. It is harmful to a person's self-esteem to be mocked and taunted. For those who already suffer with low self-esteem it can be devastating.
Lastly, a problem that exists among youths today is strained family relationships due to a generation gap. The generation gap is whereby parents and teens have different thinking about things – from clothes and music preference, to values and beliefs. Many parents lose influence on their teens and teens value peer opinions above parents influence. Today, tension between parents and youths is widespread within many families in Singapore. There are also cases of teens leaving their homes and not returning for a few days because of unhappiness caused by this.
On a concluding note, youths do experience many problems, however, we must realize the major role that youths will play in the future society, and take on a positive outlook on it. We must have hope in youths and the potential they have in making drastic and valuable improvements to the community. Indeed, teenage years might not be the best years of one’s life, but the lessons learn from the problems and trials a youth goes through, should be treasured as a means of helping one to mature and grow.

Dumping babies? IDIOTS.
When we read any newspapers.. ANY... malay or english or tamil.. the news about the baby dumping will always fill the first whole paper.
What is so great about dumping babies? What did the babies do wrong? Who to blame?
Teenagers? Teachers? Parents?
Three of them !
If teachers could actually be strict and teach their students on how to discipline themselves, would this thing still happen?
If only parents could spend more time with their children and not be so focused on their career, would this thing be so serious?
If only teenagers could think using their own brains and think about their future, INNOCENT BABIES WOULD NEVER BE THE VICTIMS !
When I read the news or article about that, I could say nothing. Only tears would roll down my cheeks. I'm not embarrassed . Even I as a guy could feel like this, how could YOU just dump babies everywhere?

Her Birthday :)
15 / October / 2010
She's officially eighteen :)
This year, I didn't plan any surprise for her. Eventhough I know she loves surprises, this year I wanted to do something different. So, three weeks ago I brought her to Alamanda without telling her anything. She thought that we went there just to have dinner. But actually, I wanted to buy something special for her. I wanted to buy something that she adored. Something that she won't regret :)
After dinner, we walked around the complex. Went in and out almost every shop in the complex. When we passed by a silver jewelery shop, I noticed that she was interested. So, I took her to the shop. I told her, "Choose anything you want, I'll pay for it." She looked shocked. Before she would ask anything, I said ,"Its for your birthday ." She smiled. First, she was looking for a bracelet. I wasn't worried about the price. Cause I knew that she won't ask anything that is very expensive. As I told you in previous posts, she understands me and my situation very well.
Then, she went to the ring section. Its true what the olden people say ," To bring a woman for shopping, you need a lot of patience". Even after half an hour, she still haven't found anything that catches her eye. After a while, she asked the saleswoman to take out a silver with black coating ring. It was nice. She's very good at choosing things :)
But then. when I looked at the price. It was quite lower than my budget. So, I asked her to pick a ring from the *silver with white gold coating* section. She was unsure about that. But when I told her that I wanted to buy her something that she could wear forever, she said okay. She looked around, and took 3 rings out. She asked my opinion. They looked almost alike to me, but then there was this one ring that caught my eyes. Its a very simple, but very pretty one. When I told her that, she told me that she was thinking of that too. Coincidence? Nope.. Its a sense that we both share :P
And the day before yesterday, my mom asked me to bring my sweetheart out for dinner. It was an unexpected thing , as my mom always advices me to not go out with Rizwana often. But maybe because of her birthday, my mom gave green light :P
So, she came to my house. Before going to Sate Kajang(My mom chose the place), I asked my mom to put the ring on Rizwana's finger. It fitted well, and it was perfect on her. She promised me that she won't take it out from her finger. :)
And so, we went to Sate Kajang and had dinner. After that, we went for a walk near the playground, AGAIN. But this time, its the three of us. :P
Around 11, we went back home. Rizwana went to her hostel after sending us back. Only around 12, she reached there. At sharp twelve, I called her and shouted "HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAYANG !!" She was very happy as I was the first one to wish her :)
I didn't get the chance to be the first to wish her last year :(
I hoped that I made her day memorable. I know it's not perfect, but something that she could remember forever.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RIZWANA SWEETHEART !
May Allah Bless You Always, And May We Live Happily Ever After :)

Horror crash
Yesterday, I was shocked to see the newspaper. A very bad tragedy happened at Simpang Ampat, Melaka.
An express bus which carried about 32 passengers has caught in an accident. 14 of them died on the spot, meanwhile some of the remaining are majorly injured. The accident involved two buses, two cars and a van. It is believed that the accident happened because of the express bus which was speeding before it lost control, banged the divider and crashed other vehicles on the opposite lane.
The police who was incharge of the accident said that they had not found the main cause of the accident yet. They are not sure whether its the driver's fault, or the vehicles fault or even the road factors. But as far as they investigated, they found out that the driver ,R.Ramachandra, 52, joined the bus company on January 2007 and had no discipline problem since the first day he joined.
The owners of the bus, Kuala Lumpur Melaka Express Sdn Bhd, offered RM1,000 each to families of the deceased and RM500 to the injured passengers.
Is a life of a person costs only that much?
With that money given to the family of the deceased, would the deceased be alive again?
Would that RM1,000 throw away all the sorrow and tears of the family that had lost their loved ones?
THINK.
Why is everyone being so careless? Some would think that fate can't be changed. But to be true, if only we could use our brain to think further. All this incidents wouldn't happen.

Chance. No, a GOLDEN Chance :)
The day after my last day in Vis Mechatronic College was terrible. It was 3-4 years ago. I can still remember. I was missing my college days so much . But unfortunately, due to some financial problem and my personal problem, I had to stop studying and start working. That time, I thought I won't have any chance to study anymore.
But then, I still had to struggle and make a lot of efforts . I had to find a part-time job which can give me a very good salary that can provide me and my family a very good life.
Maybe, luck was on my side. I managed to get a part-time job which provides salary that is perfect for me.
The first day of my college, I felt awesome. I recalled every moment when I was in my previous college.
In my heart, I was just hoping that those moments will come back into my life.
Now, its almost a year since I went to college. And i regret not even one day.
Eventhough I work while study, I never felt tired even once.
Then, a light of a MIRACLE came into my life. Life gave me a chance to study, again. I can't describe how I felt that moment.
But then, I still had to struggle and make a lot of efforts . I had to find a part-time job which can give me a very good salary that can provide me and my family a very good life.
To pay house expenses.
To pay car expense.
For personal use.
For survival.
Maybe, luck was on my side. I managed to get a part-time job which provides salary that is perfect for me.

Without him, I won't get this job at a very short period.
The first day of my college, I felt awesome. I recalled every moment when I was in my previous college.
In my heart, I was just hoping that those moments will come back into my life.
Now, its almost a year since I went to college. And i regret not even one day.

Its a GOLDEN opportunity from life, and I'm never gonna let it go JUST LIKE THAT.

Memories that will never fade :)
Yesterday, i planned to hang out with my old friends. We promised to meet at the Pavilion. Since Nazrul was on leave yesterday, I brought along him to accompany me and to let him see the way we get along. As I reached there i was very exited to see them. We did a lot of things together. I never had such an enjoying day like that ever in my life.
All of a sudden, all of our memories came into my mind.
All of a sudden, all of our memories came into my mind.
I remembered the first time we all went to watch movie together. It was only the first time, but I felt as if I've known them for long time. That's people calls "chemistry"
I remembered those days when we hang out together at this one stall which I totally forgot the name. Almost everyday after work, we'll hang out. There sometimes, we hang out until late night.
Not only couples need chemistry, friendship also needs one. We proved that right I'm glad that this friendship had never broken apart, and I hope this friendship will stay forever. At least forever in all our hearts.

Robot ;)
Communication will always be the key to solve problems :)
By the way,
Enthiran-The Robot was superbly awesome ! The graphics, the creativeness, the action !
TREMENDOUS ! What else could describe that movie? It was simply superb.
Enthiran is about a scientist who successfully created a humanoid robot(a human-like robot) and wanted to create more of them to be given to the army. But unfortunately, like every other typical Tamil movies, this movie also has a villain. The villain disapproved the scientist creation(the robot) by arguing that the robot has no feelings neither sense. It could kill anyone, including the scientist himself. And so, the scientist wanted to try something beyond. He taught the robot about the life, the feelings and everything that a normal human being supposed to know. And the scientist even gave the robot a toxic containing hormone which impulses feelings. Finally, the scientist made it. The robot showed anger, showed disappointment and etc. But only after that, the problem gets worse. The robot felt in love with the same girl the scientist is in love with.
I, myself watched the movie three times. And i still have the anxiousness to watch it again. Cause its worth it. And please don't think about buying cd, or watch it online. It won't be the same. The graphics and the sound effects, you can just have the best when you watch in the theater.
I can't believe that I can still have time to blog and write about all this.
I'm tired, i'm wasted !
Thats it !
I need my bed.. @_@

A story of yesterday
Around 6.30 in the evening yesterday, i got a message from her. "Can we go out for dinner tonight? I miss you. " I smiled the moment i saw the message. I don't know why but i was missing her too. Although we message every day, and talk in the phone every night. I'll always will be missing her at the end of the day. Maybe that is what meant by LOVE.
Back To The Story
As i was missing her too. I replied "OK" with a smiley face. And i know that she smiled the moment she read that. Sixth sense maybe. And so, I went back to my work.
Around 7.30, i called her to pick me up at my house in half an hour time since i just left from my office. When i reached home, I went in and got fresh. A few minutes later, she called. She was waiting outside my house. And so, i said bye to mom and went out to her car. She bought a SUZUKI SWIFT one week ago :P
When I opened the door beside the driver seat, she suddenly shouted and jumped to the seat. I asked why. She said ," I can't drive if you're with me. I'm worried . I trust you more than myself . " I smiled and drove the car.
In the car, I asked "Where do you want to go?" She said,"Anywhere you bring me". Suddenly, I remembered about her request long time ago asking me to bring her to SATE KAJANG HAJI SAMURI. And so, without telling her anything I drove all the way there. She looked surprise when we reached there, but she didn't say anything. I knew that deep inside her heart, she was very happy.
We went to the upper section and ordered food. While waiting for the food, i noticed that she was staring at me. I asked why. She said ,"You won't forget anything, will you?" . I just smiled, but didn't answer. Because I had no answer.
After enjoying the foods there, we went to the playground nearby for a walk. Then, we sat on a bench there. I love to talk to her. She always knows how to response . She's a talkative girl, but that is the main reason why I liked her at the first place. She's different. My heart knew that since the first time I saw her. Then, we decided to go back since it was already 12.30 midnight !
She dropped me back and she went off to her hostel. Everytime this moment comes, my heart will be very lonely. Everytime I look at her going back and not turning back, I feel as if I'm losing something. Until she calls me. All the feelings will disappear by itself. That is what called LOVE.
Then, as usual. I went to sleep . :)
You can't define it, but you can absolutely feel it everywhere :)

Love of my life
I always wanted to know how people would categorize me as. A normal human being or someone who has unique characteristics? And i need only one particular person's opinion for that.
My soul mate.
How sweet of her, right? I'm very lucky to have her in my life actually. A girl who understands me more than myself. A partner who could share every sorrow and joy in my life. Someone, who takes care of me and someone who made me realize how important this life is to me. I could never imagine my life without her.
Since the first day she walked into my life, my whole world had changed. First and the most importantly, I feel a lot more responsible compared to before. I want to make lots of money, be more careful when driving and etc. Cause there is a thought going on in my mind every single day. The thought of her in my life.
More changes? The anxiousness to study further, the feel of love and care which always present in between the both of us and the arguments which I personally think could make us closer to each other.
My soul mate.
Sweetheart says :
" I think you're different from others dear. A normal human being, yes of course. But with additional characteristics which i could rarely find in other people. For example, each time I argue about something with you. I always thought that this argument would end up with big fight and cause break up between us. But u proved me wrong. Most of the guys that i've known or seen, would not bare it when someone, a girl especially blames or argue with them about a small problem. Its all about the egoism which dominates a guy's mind. But you, you do things differently. The smooth voice of yours, the way you talk and everything that you do. How could anyone possibly think of arguing with you? You're different sweetheart. And as addition for that, you're loving and caring. What else could I ask for? A perfect guy who for sure can make me smile even when my last breath comes out from my body. "
